Anchorworks Collective LLC, doing business as AnchorWorks, provides marketing, advertising, automation, and related services to businesses under written service agreements.
We believe in clear pricing, honest billing, and straightforward cancellation terms.
This policy explains how payments, refunds, and cancellations work.
1. Setup Fees
Our Revenue Engine Service Agreement offers two standard setup payment options:
- Paid in Full: $8,000 due when the agreement is signed.
- Split Payment: $10,000 total, with $5,000 due when the agreement is signed and $5,000 due 30 days later.
The setup fee covers the implementation services described in the signed agreement.
Setup fees are nonrefundable once paid, except where a refund is required by applicable law, payment network rules, or the signed agreement.
Ending the agreement does not automatically cancel setup payments already due under the signed agreement.
Any outstanding setup payment obligations are governed by that agreement.
2. Weekly Performance Fees
After the Revenue Engine launches, AnchorWorks charges a weekly performance fee based on the client's attributable revenue and attributable profit, as defined in the signed agreement.
The fee is the lesser of:
- 8% of attributable revenue.
- 25% of attributable profit.
Performance fees are capped at $15,000 per month.
Invoices are issued every Friday and are due within seven days.
Clients may pay using an approved payment method, including Stripe, bank wire, or Zelle, as provided in their agreement.
Fees properly earned under the agreement remain payable even if the client later cancels.
3. How to Cancel
Either AnchorWorks or the client may end the service agreement by giving 30 days' written notice.
Clients can send cancellation notices to:
Please include your business name and a statement that you wish to terminate your agreement.
The agreement remains active during the 30-day notice period unless both parties agree otherwise in writing.
Services and payment obligations continue during that period under the signed agreement.
4. When Weekly Fees Stop
Weekly performance fees continue to apply to attributable activity during the 30-day notice period, as defined in the signed agreement.
No new performance fees accrue from activity occurring after the effective termination date.
Invoices issued after termination may include fees properly earned before termination, including amounts identified through a final reconciliation under the agreement.
AnchorWorks will not charge performance fees for new activity occurring after termination unless the parties enter into a new written agreement.
5. What Happens to Completed Work
The client receives ownership of the agreed client-owned deliverables once the setup fee has been paid in full, as described in Section 4 of the Revenue Engine Service Agreement.
These may include the client's advertising assets, landing pages, automations, and other agreed deliverables.
Cancellation does not change the ownership rights already established under the signed agreement.
Any remaining access, account administration, or handover obligations are handled under that agreement.
6. Other Services and Approved Expenses
Some clients may purchase services under a different signed agreement, including monthly retainers or projects involving deposits, advertising expenses, software, or other third-party costs.
For those engagements, the applicable signed agreement determines the fees, cancellation notice, and refund terms.
Approved third-party costs already incurred or paid may be nonrefundable, subject to the signed agreement and applicable law.
Any refundable unused funds will be handled according to the applicable agreement and legal requirements.
7. Refund Requests and Billing Questions
To request a refund or question a charge, contact:
Please include your business name, the payment or invoice involved, and a short explanation.
We will review the request against the signed agreement, billing records, and applicable legal requirements.
If a refund is owed, we will arrange payment through an appropriate payment method. Card refunds will generally be processed through the original payment provider.
The time required for funds to appear may depend on the payment provider or financial institution.
8. Payment Disputes
If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us so we can review it.
Nothing in this policy requires a client to give up the right to dispute a payment, request a chargeback, or exercise any right provided by applicable law or payment network rules.
Our nonrefundable fee terms do not override rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
9. Signed Agreements
This policy is intended to explain our general refund and cancellation practices.
The client's signed service agreement provides the specific scope, fees, payment obligations, and termination terms for that engagement.
Where applicable law or mandatory payment network rules require a refund or other remedy, those requirements apply.
